Robin & Renee are the dynamic duo behind the R2 Studio , and split their time between Arizona and Oahu. The truth is, they are crazy awesome amazing Honolulu wedding photographers, I even used them for my own recent wedding! If you are getting married or know someone who is, you need to hire these ladies!

R&R are also off-camera flash experts. So when I wanted to learn off camera flash, I reached out to them. With Robin’s instruction, she eased me into what I thought was the big bad scary world of off camera flash. I cannot express to you how thankful I am for the instruction that they gave me. I am now using this invaluable technique in almost all of my outdoor sessions!

It also happened that R&R were celebrating their anniversary the weekend that we did “flash camp”, so I couldn’t let the opportunity to go by to do photos for them. For the first time, I’m going to go ahead and toot my own horn and say that I did pretty darn well! I had some really great subjects! I just adore them, I love how they love each other and how they make each other laugh. As much as I was super nervous to photograph these amazing photographers, they made it really easy!
