I am a huge fan of Bailey, but she is definitely not a big fan of getting her picture taken! When I first met her, she enjoyed her newborn session as she slept through it, but during her 6-month and 9-month photos, I think I may have cracked only one smile from her in both sessions combined!

But I just can’t get enough of Bailey or her little sister, Logan (who is just as serious as she is)—because gosh, they are just the cutest girls. And they have crazy awesome parents!

So, when Bailey arrived for her cake smash session, she didn’t break her cycle of hating photos—she cried the entire time, even after we tried to put some of her favorite puff into the back of the cake. Well . . . there is one great photo in which she is totally giving the cake a death stare, but after that, she lost it. (She lived out the song “It’s My Party, and I’ll Cry if I Want To.”) And yet I don’t think I’ve ever seen a cuter girl crying over a cake!

Oh Bailey! I always love to see your pretty face. Even though you aren’t a fan of pictures, these will sure make some great memories one day! Thank you, Mom and Dad, for allowing me to photograph your children and family. It is always a pleasure!
